Gîte Management
Having a holiday home naturally incurs running costs. Many owners are keen to maximise the value of their investment and to offset at least some, if not all, of the running costs. This can vary from letting your holiday home on a non-commercial or semi-commercial basis for a few weeks a year to friends, family or work colleagues, to a fully commercial venture where your property is marketed through a commercial website.
Whether you are letting your property on a commercial or semi-commercial basis, we can provide you with part or full management service to ensure your guests have a great holiday and want to come again, whilst ensuring your property is cared for.

If this situation you need someone locally you can trust to be your eyes, ears and hands to deal with everything you would do yourself if you were here. Small things that are easily resolvable can irritate guests if not dealt with. It may only take ten minutes of time and a few euros to sort out but if your not here to do it by the end of their holiday it has turned into a major discontentment. We can deal with all these little things for you as well as dealing with other matters for you or for your guests such as:
Arranging access to the property.
Having boilers serviced and chimneys swept - necessary for insurance.
Arranging for deliveries of logs, oil or gas.
Making purchases of household items or equipment at your request.
Dealing with breakdowns of equipment or services.
Being a phone call or email away for you or your guests when you need our help.

Therefore with paying guests it is important that the pool is regularly maintained as they will put greater pressure on the filtration system than normal, which will require regular cleaning to keep it operating efficiently. In addition, chemical levels will need checking and adjusting more regularly, as well as keeping a record of all levels and adjustments made for your records.
We believe that prevention is better than cure and it is much easier to make minor adjustments to chemicals at an early stage and clean filters before problems develop, rather than having to close the pool to rectify problems.
